This is a beautifully designed and restored award winning boutique guest house offering all the comforts and high service standards of the big hotels, but in a very relaxed and stylish environment. Superb location, just into the trendy Kemp Town side of Brighton, about 200m from Brighton Pier and the beach (views of both from our Superior Rooms) and only 3 mins walk from the Lanes or the Royal Pavilion. Rooms are styled in white with exciting works of contemporary art adding to the designer feel. All rooms are ensuite and have flat TVs (most with Freeview), DVD and CD players (and a free library to borrow discs from), fluffy white bathrobes, free slippers. Breakfast in bed is included as standard, and comes with Bloody Mary or Champagne at weekends! And remember, our check out time is 12 noon, so you can still be having breakfast in bed long after most other places are checking (or chucking?) their guests out!.
